    9. Hot Spa, Sauna, and Bathing Experience: If desired, you can opt for a 1-2 hour experience at a nearby Kiva spa, including a hot spa, sauna, and bathing.

  • Anna Taylor, your experienced facilitator, has dedicated over 38 years to working with children, teens, and adults. With a strong educational background, Anna holds a BA in Arts and a Diploma in Education. She brings a wealth of expertise to her role as a certified Yoga and Meditation teacher with 27 years of experience, as well as a certified Pilates instructor with 19 years of experience. Over the past 30 years, Anna has immersed herself in the practice and teaching of movement.

    In addition to her extensive knowledge in movement and wellness, Anna is a skilled therapist with 27 years of experience in various massage techniques, including Remedial, Kahuna, sports and lomi lomi. She holds a diploma in positive psychology and wellbeing, along with certifications in counselling, spiritual healing, and self-development. Throughout her 54 years on earth, Anna has also excelled in facilitating team building activities, women's groups, meditation circles, performances, retreats, trips to India, craft workshops, and creative/cooperative play sessions.
