Since a young child, Anna has had a keen interest in understanding how movements with the body can impact the quality of life and the joy a person experiences. Highly motivated by the concept she has spent the last 44 years studying and practicing movement for health, fitness, and fun. And in the last 30, discovered the power of breath, meditation, a positive mind and deep connection.

Actively Living

Anna is a firm believer in walking the talk. She not only lives an active lifestyle partaking in mountain bike riding, surfing, hiking and horse riding (just to name a few) but she also places extreme importance on maintaining health of mind. With a deep understanding of the mind-body connection Anna can help you achieve your physical and mind health goals.

Private personalised one-on-one online sessions. For private yoga, Pilates, meditation, coaching, counselling, injury recovery, and more.

In-person only sessions, for a hands-on approach. Mobile or on-site one-on-one or group classes available in yoga, pilates, coaching, mentoring, meditation, partner workouts and injury rehabilitation.

Beach Yoga

In person beach yoga classes starting December 27th and through to January 27th, Easter and long weekends. 2 classes are held daily on the Western Port Beaches:

8.30am - 9.30am at Point Leo Surf Beach

9.30am - 10.30am at Balnarring Main Beach

Classes are $25 per class or $200 for ten classes | You can Book Now or pay in cash on the day.

Positive Coaching

Using Positive Psychology and a strength-based approach to help you develop, understand and achieve personal goals.

Cost is $100 for initial 1hr consultation online or in person. This will establish what you want, where you want to go, introduce some positive techniques to help you begin your process. You may only need one other consult or more over a few weeks as you implement your goals. This is to be established as we go along and up to the individual. Subsiquent consults follow ups that hold you accountable are $70 a half hour online or in person. Book Now

 

Strength Coaching

Using the Strength Profile assessment designed by Caffinity in 2009 to help match you to the perfect job! And understand yourself a whole lot better in a personal and work sense.

The cost for this powerful tool is $200 for the 180 question assessment and 1hr online follow-up coaching, debrief session which is essential for gaining a deeper understanding and being able to confidently implement your assessment. Book Now
