I will guide you though A powerful journey of discovery, release though movement and sound, then empowerment and clarity. If you have never done a sound journey before they are very intentional and unique, we will be in nature and the music and guidance help create a deeper connection for you with your body and support you embody the feelings you need for the specific journey. Winter Solstice, June 21st 3-5pm will be in Red Hill, 182 Point Leo Rd, Red Hill Farm therapies. Around the outside fire in the stone circle, surrounded by native bush, a guided ritual/ceremony in honor of this time of year. dancing, drumming, chanting, meditation, ritual, food and connection
Full moons are held in red Hill in the bush around the stone circle at Red Hill Farm therapies property also(actual dates given out closer to the time)
