Owner of the business of yoga, Melbourne’s first and leading corporate yoga business, Anna has been a practicing yogi for over 30 years and a pilates practitioner for over 19, a Body therapist for 27 and is now a positive lifestyle coach, retreat facilitator and counsellor. As a leader in her field Anna assists clients by providing therapy based classes in Pilates, Yoga, Strength and Stretch, Meditation and Remedial injury rehabilitation by listening to her clients. With a wealth of body work, mind health training, counselling and Positive Psychology Anna provides a supportive, safe and encouraging space for learning, empowerment, injury prevention, rehabilitation and self growth and awareness. Anna can help you reach your goals, stay fit, healthy and positive for all the wonderful activities you enjoy. Whilst Anna has and continues to work with clientele of all ages and walks of life, her passion now is working with women over 40 something like herself!
